Bluff Manor Before we met, advisors in past conversations insisted this family add color to the furnishing schemes allotted for their new estate. It was clear that achromatics were preferred, black being a favorite color. I was surprised to hear being heard was an obstacle. I love to listen deeply to understand what is most suitable for each unique person we serve. Piece by piece we’ve incorporated the family’s preferences for strong forms in rich colorless tones fitting for this handsome English Manor built on the bluff in Medina. A work still in progress, the only departure in the house from strength and rusticated formality is the dining room chandelier. Custom tailored for the room by one of the world’s finest artists working in glass, its color was reduced to warm and cool neutrals to complement the scheme.
